If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refund Policy

Travel Paint unfortunately does not offer a refund policy on our products. We do however offer a repair or replacement service on any damaged or broken items.

Damages and Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in its original packaging.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Should you wish to return the item, you will have to be responsible for the delivery charge. This amount will be refunded to your account should a problem or issue be identified.

Repair or Reissue

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your product after inspecting the item.

Should we identify any issues with the product, we will either determine whether the item needs to be repaired or replaced.

You will receive the repaired or replaced item a few days after our inspection. If the item needs to be repaired, this time may be lengthened by a day or two.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping

costs are refundable should there be a fault with the item.
